JpawJ is a family-owned business that specializes in creating accessible handbags for the modern woman.
Our brand started in Houston, TX with the idea of "courage" as a style. Our aim is to encourage and remind women around the world that beauty starts within.
However, it takes courage to embrace it, and share that beauty with others. JpawJ products aim to be that reminder of self-encouragement and appreciation. Therefore, our motto is;
"Courage is not an accessory;
Courage is a necessity"
No. The Leather used is Faux Leather; No animals were harmed to produce the leather used for product production.Leather is purchased from various American suppliers to ensure stock of color variety. However, our goal is to continue to purchase faux leather that is durable and long-lasting for wearers' experience and usage.
JpawJ will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned in JpawJ’s original packaging.
A request for refund or exchange must be made by email (jpawj17@gmail.com) within 14 days of posted delivery via the format below;
Subject Line: RETURN or EXCHANGE
Body: SPECIFIED REASON (If there are damages or particular defects with your purchase, please upload photos)
Once the request is submitted, allow 48 hours to reply with the next course of action which may include the following;
A full refund upon the item’s return or,
Reimbursement for the exchange of a new item that is at a lower cost than the initial item purchased or,
An item of equal value to exchange for the initial item purchased to be mailed within 7 days the email request was submitted.
